The operational merger of Postbank and Piraeus Bank Bulgaria was completed on 18.11.2019, resulting in unified operational systems, products and services.
You already could use Postbank’s digital banking platform “e-Postbank“, instead of online banking WinBank, which is not accessible already.
For log-in in “e-Postbank” you need just to enter your User name and Password used for log in WinBank. After a successful verification you have to change your password. In case you have forgotten it, you can request a new one here.
For the purpose you should have provided your current cell phone number and email address to the Bank, as well as to know your User name for WinBank. In case you have forgotten your User name or if necessary your mobile phone and / or email address to be updated, please visit a convenient Postbank’ s office.
