With comments such as the above, winbank was rated 9.54 out of 10


winbank e-banking was awarded the "Editor's Choice" prize of the Greek edition of the well known international magazine PC Magazine, in the special issue on e-banking, in November 2002. This evaluation was based on criteria such : Codes Issuing, Security, Range of Options offered, as well as Customer Service and Support. Special reference was made to winbank's new service alert!, which gives users the opportunity to be informed real-time, 24x7 about their banking transactions, via email, sms, or a call from a bank agent.


winbank also came first in the evaluation of the websites of FTSE 20 companies, for 2002, by yellownetroad (based on the methodology of the London School of Economics). Yellownetroad based its results on six quality criteria used in the evaluation of sites: Information, Advertising and Promotion, Electronic Transactions, Communication, Added Value Services and Ease of use.
